Job Description

Co Active Limited is seeking an experienced Care Team Leader to join our residential care home in Plymouth. You will lead a team to provide person-centred support for adults with learning disabilities, promoting independence, dignity and wellbeing.

This full-time role requires senior care or supervisory experience, NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or willingness to work towards), and a Full UK driving licence.
