Senior Care Team Leader - Lead & Elevate Resident Care

Abbeyfield Living Society is seeking a dedicated Care Team Leader to join the Pratt House team in Amersham. The role supports residents' health and daily living, overseeing care plans and medication administration, and guiding care staff on shift.

This position requires a Level 3 Health and Social Care qualification (or progression toward it) and a strong focus on compassionate, person-centred care for older residents.
