Senior Care Team Leader - Drive Compassionate Resident Care

Abbeyfield Living Society in Southampton is seeking a dedicated Care Team Leader (Senior Care Assistant) at Speedwell Court. You will monitor health and social care needs, manage care plans, administer medication, and support/train staff.

You must have Level 3 Health and Social Care or be progressing towards it; shifts include weekends; pay is £14.77-£15.24 per hour for 42 hours per week on a two-week rota.
