Job Description

HC-One is seeking a Senior Care Assistant for Coppice Lodge in Nottingham. You will lead a team of Care Assistants to deliver compassionate, person-centred care, ensuring residents' safety, dignity, and independence.

You will support the Registered Nurse and Care Manager, maintain records, and help design and implement care plans with a focus on dementia and specialist care. A Level 2 Diploma or NVQ in Adult Social Care is expected, with opportunities to progress to Level 3.
