Senior Care Team Lead for Complex Needs Residents

Prime Life in Grimsby is seeking a Senior Support Worker to lead and support our care team at Welholme Road Residential Home, helping residents with complex disabilities and mental health needs with dignity and respect.

You will deliver person-centred care, review care plans, administer medications, and promote independence. Full training is provided, prior care experience is desirable, and the role offers regular shifts, DBS funding, holiday pay, and a Refer a Friend scheme.
