Senior Care Team Lead (Bank) - Residential Home

Barchester care home is seeking a Bank Residential Senior Carer to lead a team of care staff, supervise shifts, and train colleagues to deliver high-quality, person-centred care for residents on a bank basis.

Youll assist with medication administration, care plans and risk assessments, and liaise with GPs, district nursing teams and resident families. NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care is preferred, plus a warm, compassionate approach and strong decision-making skills.
