Senior Care Team Lead - Dementia & Residential Care

HC-One is seeking a Senior Care Assistant to lead a team in delivering compassionate, person-centred dementia and nursing care within a residential or specialist care setting. You will supervise care staff, liaise with families and the care team, and help ensure residents feel secure, dignified and independent.

You will support planned activities, assist with medication administration, and contribute to high-quality records and care planning, guided by HC-One values and safeguarding standards.
