Senior Care Supervisor: Field Mentoring & Quality Care

Starling Homecare is seeking a Senior Care Supervisor to bridge our office with in-home care. You will spend time in the community mentoring carers, conducting spot checks, and ensuring visits align with care plans and our high standards.

You will work closely with the Care Manager, clients and families to uphold quality, respond to feedback, and quickly address issues. A Monday-Friday role with on-call duties.
