Senior Care Supervisor - Lead & Develop Teams

Roseberry Care Centres in Sunderland is seeking a dedicated Senior Care Assistant to provide hands-on support to residents and lead junior care staff at our local care home. You will ensure high standards of person-centred care, delivering compassionate, respectful service daily.

We look for proven experience as a Senior Carer, NVQ Level 3 (or working towards it), and strong leadership and communication skills to develop the team and maintain our care ethos for residents across the home.
