This role will support the Registered Managers in delivering care, ensuring the wellbeing and safety of students. Responsibilities include leadership of the care team, meeting regulatory standards, and assisting with staff performance management. Candidates must have NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care, and a minimum of 3 years experience in complex care environments. A good knowledge of Microsoft Office is also required.
