Senior Care Lead (Nights) - 36h, Overtime & Growth

Hollywynd Rest Home in Worthing is seeking a dedicated Senior Care Assistant (Nights) to join our small, supportive team dedicated to high-quality, person-centred care.

You will run the shift, mentor care staff, and work closely with management to maintain compliance and our Good CQC rating. This role involves 36 hours per week, with every other weekend and opportunities for overtime.
