Senior Care Lead: Night & Weekend Shifts

Medical Update Online is seeking a Senior Care Assistant to lead care staff in our older adults homes. You will supervise shifts, support daily living activities and tailor care plans to individual needs, ensuring residents' wellbeing and safety at all times.

We provide training to achieve NVQ Level 3 and promote professional growth within a supportive team. Weekend and night shifts with enhanced pay are included, along with employee assistance and a pension scheme.
