Senior Care Lead: Kindness, Dignity & Team Mentorship

HC-One is seeking a Senior Care Assistant in Scotland to lead a care team and deliver person-centred care for residents with dementia, nursing, residential and specialist needs. You will plan activities, monitor records, and communicate with families to ensure dignity and independence. Training is provided with strong emphasis on kindness and quality care.
