Senior Care Lead: Dementia & Personalised Care

HC-One is seeking a Senior Care Assistant to join our dementia, nursing, residential and specialist care homes. You will lead a team of Care Assistants, delivering personalised care plans to give residents security, dignity and independence.

You will also work with the Registered Nurse and Care Manager to provide essential activities, social engagement and medication administration, while maintaining accurate records and building strong team relationships.
