Senior Care Lead & Mentor (Part-Time, Flexible)

Avante Care & Support Ltd. is recruiting a Senior Care Lead to join the Puddingstone Grange home on a part-time basis. You will lead a team, deliver person-centred care, and step in for senior leadership when needed.

This role offers an attractive hourly rate (£15.10-£15.22) and flexibility with part-time hours and relief shifts. You'll support training, uphold our Eden Alternative Philosophy, and help residents live safely and with dignity.
