Job Description

Serencroft Care Homes in Romford is seeking an experienced Senior Carer to lead personal care delivery at Gable Court. You will supervise shifts, mentor staff and ensure safety, dignity and patient-focused care within a supportive, multi-site group.

The role requires supervisory experience, a Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care (or working towards it) and a willingness to complete an Enhanced DBS check. Part-time hours with a competitive hourly rate are offered.
