Senior Care Lead - Team Trainer & Resident Champion

Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Residential Senior Carer for one of our care homes in Exeter. You will lead a team of care staff, deliver person-centred support, and help maintain high standards of dignity and wellbeing for residents.

You'll oversee training and supervision, assist with medication administration and care plans, and liaise with GPs, district nurses, and families. A warm, compassionate leader with NVQ3 or equivalent is required.
