Senior Care Lead - Run a Care Unit & Mentor Team

Bupa Hatfield Peverel Lodge Care Home is seeking a Senior Care Assistant to lead a team and deliver high-quality, person-centred care on a 7:30am-7:30pm rota. You will work closely with the nurse to support clinical duties, observe care plans, and ensure accurate record keeping.

The role requires NVQ3 in care (completed or underway) and a passionate, team-focused approach to supporting residents and their families. Flexible weekend availability is advantageous.
