Senior Care Lead - Person-Centred Support & Med Admin

Careline Lifestyles is seeking a dedicated Senior Care Assistant to join the Deneside Court team in Jarrow. You will lead a group of Care Assistants, support the Nurse in Charge, and ensure residents receive high-quality, person-centred care.

You will administer medication, contribute to care planning, and maintain accurate records while promoting independence and dignity for residents in a 40-hour night-shift role on-site. Experience in care and a compassionate approach are essential.
