Senior Care Lead - Nights (Full or Part Time) at Malling Grange. Location: Malling Grange. Pay: £14.72 - £15.22 per hour. Hours: Nights, full or part time.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Care Support Assistants to deliver exceptional, person-centred care.


• Provide hands-on care and build meaningful connections with residents.


• Manage the home in the absence of senior leadership.


• Support training and development for colleagues.


• Ensure high standards of care in line with Avante's Eden Alternative Philosophy.

• Hold an NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (essential).
