Senior Care Lead - Mentorship, Training & Dignified Care

Barchester Care Home in Ludlow is looking for a dedicated Senior Care Assistant to deliver person-centred care to residents. You will supervise and inspire a team of Care Assistants alongside the Deputy General Manager, and support the clinical team in areas such as medication, assessments, and care reviews.
