Senior Care Lead - Day/Night Shifts, 33+ hrs

Care Connection Partners Ltd is seeking experienced Senior Care Assistants for immediate temp-perm roles at a five-star residential home in Lincoln. The positions offer a full-time rota with a minimum of 33 hours per week.

The ideal candidates will be responsible for managing a team of HCAs and ensuring smooth operations on the floor while caring for Service Users. These roles are available immediately and come with an eight-week probationary period.
