Senior Care Assistant - Lead with Kindness & Care

HC-One Ltd. is seeking a Senior Care Assistant to lead a team in our dementia, nursing, residential and specialist care homes. You will support residents with dignity, independence and personalised care plans, working closely with the Registered Nurse and Care Manager.

You will ensure accurate record keeping, deliver social and recreational activities, and provide compassionate, kind care to residents and their families. Training and development are offered to grow within the role.
