Senior Care & Support Lead - Community Rehab

Cygnet Group is seeking a confident Senior Support Worker to join Meadows Mews, a residential service for men with neuropsychiatric or neurodegenerative conditions. You will deliver enhanced care, provide physical and emotional support, and help individuals regain independence.

You'll work around 42 hours per week across days, nights and weekends, with supervision and administrative duties alongside the care team. DBS check is required.
