Salary: £14.77 per hour (37.5 hours per week)
Your role- Lead a team of Care and Support Assistants to ensure customers receive the best support
- Provide personal care and encourage independence by building confidence and self-esteem
- Promote safe practices, complete risk assessments and manage safeguarding to keep customers safe
- Build positive relationships with customers and colleagues
- Carry out team supervisions
- Create and update electronic care and support plans
- Experience supervising people is desirable
- Recent experience supporting vulnerable people in a similar role
- NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or willingness to work towards it
- Personalised approach to care with strong interpersonal skills
- Enthusiastic and flexible approach
- Strong organisational skills and basic literacy and numeracy
- Proficient technology/IT skills (Microsoft Office and similar)
