You'll play a critical role in managing and enhancing the software that connects our algorithmic trading platform to nearly 50 global exchanges.What You'll Do:

• Design, deploy, and optimise colocation setups for ultra-low latency performance
• Implement binary protocols for high-throughput trading systems
• Work with specialised FPGA technologies to drive competitive execution speeds
• Ensure robust and reliable risk controls across all systems

What We're Looking For:

• Strong development experience inModern C++ and C#
• Comfortable working in ahigh-performance Linux environment
• A passion for optimisation, efficiency, and clean code
• Experience in low-latency, high-frequency trading systems is a plus
