Job Description

i am currently recruiting a Senior Buyer / Procurement Manager for a hospitality business.

  • Analysing market trends, supplier performance and cost drivers to identify opportunities for savings and improved efficiency.
  • Negotiating and managing supplier contracts, ensuring commercial value, quality and compliance.
  • Driving cost control through strategic sourcing, cost-benefit analysis and ROI while maintaining quality standards.
  • Assessing and mitigating risks related to supply chain disruptions, compliance, and sustainability.
  • Overseeing facilities management contracts, renewals, and compliance requirements.
  • Supporting the management of Capex expenditure, ensuring alignment with group priorities.

Looking for someone with some buying / procurement experience and a knowledge of the hospitality / QSR / Restaurant industry.
