Job Description
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans for various food categories.
- Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
- Collaborate with NPD for new product launches.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and changes in the business services industry.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Senior Buyer/Buyer should have:
- Experience in a food and beverage procurement.
- Strong communication skills
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Knowledge of strategic sourcing and procurement processes.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
