Senior Business Travel Consultant

Our client, a well-established travel management company based in Aberdeen, is seeking an experienced Senior Business Travel Consultant due to continued growth. This is a Monday to Friday role on a hybrid basis with a competitive salary dependent on experience.

Senior Business Travel Consultant responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end business travel bookings, including air, hotel, car rental, rail, and ancillary services.
• Provide expert advice on travel options, fares, and destinations
• Create reservations using the Amadeus GDS including changes, reissues and refunds
• Handle complex itineraries, VIP client travel, and multi-leg international trips whilst adhering to company policy
• Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email, and online platforms.
• Stay updated on industry trends, airline policies, and travel regulations.

Senior Business Travel Consultant skills required:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Senior Business Travel Consultant.
• Proficiency in Amadeus GDS is essential.
• Strong knowledge of international fare construction, ticketing, and reissue processes.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Flexibility to adapt to client needs in a fast-paced environment.
