What will you do?
We have built up a competency that focuses on IT asset & configuration management and that leverages ITIL v4 practices, the ServiceNow Common Service Data Model (CSDM) and its underpinning Configuration Management Data Base (CMDB). As CSDM and the CMDB are the foundation for the ServiceNow platform and utilized across many modules and processes we foresee a continuous growth of IT asset and configuration management business. Plat4mation is looking for both functional and technical consultants to grow its capability and competency in this area. That's why we are looking for a Senior Business Process Consultant who can guide customers in their journey to improve IT data quality and implement a CSDM based CMDB according to our best practices.
Scope of work
- Lead end-to-end process definition for custom applications built on the ServiceNow App Engine.
- Run engaging discovery workshops with client business stakeholders.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories.
- Collaborate with architects, developers, and product owners across ServiceNow App Engine, Customer Service Management, Service Operations Management, and Source-to-Pay implementations.
- Provide guidance to junior consultants and support continuous improvement of our BPC methods.
- Contribute to pre-sales by showcasing value from a process-first perspective.
What we ask of you
- 3+ years of experience in process consulting, business analysis, or solution design.
- Strong understanding of enterprise processes and translating them into platform-based solutions.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow App Engine is highly desirable.
- Proven ability to work in agile teams and handle stakeholder engagement across business and IT.
- Willingness to also dive into other ServiceNow workflows: Customer Service Management, Sales & Order Management, Source 2 Pay, etc.
- Experience in insurance, utilities, or industrial sectors is a plus.
- Fluent in English; other European languages are a bonus.
