Position Summary:

As Senior Business Developer Manager, you will define strategies to enhance long-term partnerships with end-users in the Interiors Segment, increase demand for our products, and create new business opportunities to support growth. You will also coach and develop our Business Development Managers, providing them with effective tools and processes for success in their roles and careers.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop growth strategies for end-users, focusing on financial results and customer satisfaction, with full responsibility for sales targets in your area, and manage the execution of acquiring new end-users and building long-term relationships.
  • Ensure our products are placed with key market players, recognizing and managing their needs effectively.
  • Manage relationships directly with approximately 80 new end-users and site-project managers, building trust and providing support.
  • Leverage relationships developed by the Key Account Management (KAM) team to anticipate future market opportunities.
  • Support and coach the Business Development team to achieve their commitments, providing tools, setting expectations, and helping overcome obstacles.
  • Collaborate with the Strategic Project Manager to develop new applications and markets, identify market trends, monitor competitor activity, and analyze customer data to identify growth opportunities.
