Job Summary: The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication and negotiation skills, who can work collaboratively with various departments to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product development teams to align business strategies.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and partners.
- Monitor and report on business development activities and performance.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of the education industry and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Fluency in English & Italian; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the Education Sector.
- Knowledge of the English Language Learning market.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to travel as needed.
