Job Summary: The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication and negotiation skills, who can work collaboratively with various departments to achieve business objectives.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve revenue targets.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product development teams to align business strategies.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and partners.
  • Monitor and report on business development activities and performance.


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of the education industry and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Fluency in English & Italian; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the Education Sector.
  • Knowledge of the English Language Learning market.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
