Job Description
Senior Business & HR Executive

Malvern, Worcestershire
£30,000 - £40,000 DOE
Permanent Full-Time or Part-Time (30 hours per week minimum)

If you are you an experienced administrator with a strong HR background, this is a varied role within a fantastic Malvern tech company.

This is a broad and varied position combining HR administration, office management, compliance, employee engagement and executive support. Working closely with the senior leadership team, you'll play a central role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the business while helping to maintain an engaged and positive workplace culture.

Some key responsibilities will include:
  • Coordinating the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding.
  • Supporting recruitment administration, candidate vetting, Right to Work and DBS checks.
  • Managing employee records and HR documentation in line with GDPR requirements.
  • Supporting employee engagement initiatives, surveys and wellbeing activities.
  • Assisting with salary and benefits benchmarking.
  • Managing employee benefits administration, including pensions and healthcare schemes.
  • Coordinating apprenticeship programmes and education partnerships.
  • Preparing and submitting monthly payroll information accurately and on time.
  • Managing diaries, meetings, documentation and business correspondence.
  • Preparing reports, presentations and meeting minutes.
  • Supporting business improvement initiatives and operational projects.
  • Supporting business compliance activities and audit preparation.
  • Maintaining company policies, procedures and governance documentation.
  • Coordinating health and safety administration, risk assessments and compliance records.
  • Managing relationships with external suppliers and service providers.
Skills and Experience:
  • Previous experience in a senior administrative, office management or business support role.
  • At least 2 years' experience within HR administration or people-focused support.
  • Experience maintaining HR records and ensuring GDPR compliance.
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills and confidence learning new systems.
  • CIPD Qualification (preferred)
