- Flexible Working: Enjoy a hybrid setup with 1-2 days in the London office per week, plus occasional in-person workshops and innovation sprints.
- Act as the Product Owner for key AI and data initiatives, translating business needs into clear, actionable user stories and product requirements.
- Leverage AI tools and data analytics to uncover insights, optimise features, and drive continuous product improvement.
- Define and evolve product roadmaps that align with strategic business goals and customer needs.
- Champion the voice of the customer, using research, feedback, and behavioural data to guide product decisions.
- Work closely with developers, designers, QA, and marketing to deliver innovative, high-performing solutions that delight users and stakeholders.
- 3+ years of experience in Business Analysis or Product Ownership, ideally within Agile/Scrum environments.
- Proven experience applying AI or machine learning in a commercial or product-led context.
- Strong analytical mindset with hands-on experience using tools like JIRA, Confluence, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills-you know how to influence and inspire.
- Relevant certifications such as CBAP, CSPO, or equivalent are highly desirable.
- Up to £95,000 base salary + performance bonus
