Job Overview

This role combines in-depth analytical capabilities with product management expertise. You will apply your knowledge to improve processes and workflows, integrate industry expertise, and evaluate complex issues that can significantly impact product success. You will also lead initiatives to enhance product offerings, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.

Responsibilities and Impact
  • 5-8 years of experience collaborating with stakeholders to gather complex data requirements that will support DaaS products.
  • Play a pivotal role in solving complex data challenges by ensuring our data processes, documentation, and tooling follow MDLC (Machine Learning Development Lifecycle) best practices.
  • Work with other business analysts, data engineers, data scientists, product and data production teams to capture requirements and deliver complex data solutions using ML, predictive analytics and AI.
  • Develop and execute Proof of Concepts (PoCs) to define requirements and build prototypes prior to full product development.
  • Conduct thorough data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies within datasets.
  • Create detailed documentation of processes, including flowcharts using Visio (or similar), to support business analysis efforts.
  • Identify, document, and track risks and defects while managing both short-term and long-term product backlogs.
  • Produce technical documents such as feature releases, product releases, FAQs, and assist with go-to-market documentation.
  • Gathers customer feedback to inform priorities for the product backlog, especially for mid to longer term solutions.
  • Has good awareness of the product health status and delivers regular progress reports to stakeholders.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects/products at the same time.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in a matrix organization, demonstrating excellent communication skills and a customer-facing approach to resolving queries.
  • Experience in DaaS or SaaS within the automotive sector is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in data analysis with strong business acumen.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and people management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with teams.
  • Documentation of complex workflows and solutions.
Required Qualifications
  • Experience: 5-8 years in a product development/product management environment as a senior business analyst, with a strong focus on data-driven analysis and results-oriented approaches.
  • Knowledge of AWS, experience writing Python for data manipulation, automation or visualisation such as pandas. Good understanding of SQL.
  • Excellent project management skills.
