Are you ready to rethink your routine? We're looking for a Senior BA / Delivery Manager to join our Tech team. Reporting to our Head of Portfolio & Delivery, you will be responsible for defining and delivering high-impact initiatives that directly support our ambitious growth targets. This is a critical dual-role position where you'll act as the crucial link between business stakeholders and our tech team, playing a pivotal role in projects that have a direct impact on cost savings, revenue growth, and the streamlining of our business operations, particularly for our Operations, Supply/Demand, Planning, Finance & Data/BI departments.

The RoleYour daily to-dos might look like this:
- Engage with stakeholders to elicit, analyse, and document business requirements, processes, and systems.
- Lead workshops, interviews, and stakeholder discussions to uncover needs and clarify scope.
- Translate business requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
- Facilitate documenting Solution Designs
- Ensure all tech team requests are consistently captured and documented in Jira, meeting the "definition of ready."
- Guarantee that all technical deliveries meet the Definition of Done.
- Perform gap analysis, impact assessments, and feasibility studies to support decision-making.
- Support Product Owner(s) and business stakeholders in prioritising initiatives, features and enhancements.
- Collaborate with offshore technical teams to ensure requirements are feasible and aligned with architecture and design.
- Own delivery planning, ensuring initiatives are well-defined, resourced, and tracked to completion.
- Develop and maintain delivery roadmaps, timelines, and sprint/release plans.
- Monitor progress, manage risks/issues/dependencies, and escalate when necessary.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to business objectives.
- Manage stakeholder expectations, providing clear communication and status reporting, including with third-party suppliers.
- Drive continuous improvement in our delivery practices, tools, and team effectiveness.
These skills will help you go far in this role:
- Extensive experience working with Tech teams, with a strong commercial focus.
- Proven ability to work flexibly between Business Analysis and Delivery Manager tasks.
- Strong analytical skills and a talent for translating business needs into technical requirements.
- Extensive experience with Agile methodologies such as Kanban & Scrum.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously without getting fazed.
- Proficient with the following tooling; Jira, Confluence, Miro, Asana.
