Senior Building Services Manager - HVAC & Mechanical Lead

Hays Facilities Management is recruiting for an experienced Building Services Manager to lead mechanical maintenance and compliance across a highly regulated estate in Salisbury. This is a site-based leadership position with responsibility for direct hires and subcontractors.

The role requires a strong mechanical/HVAC background, knowledge of SFG20 and CDM regulations, and a full UK driving licence. Salary £48,000-£55,000 with a company vehicle and excellent benefits.
