Senior Building Manager - ESG & Net-Zero Office Lead

FORE Partnership seeks a Senior Building Manager to oversee day-to-day operations at TBC.London, an all-electric, net-zero office building near Tower Bridge. You will drive facilities management, ESG performance, occupier experience and compliant operations while coordinating with the client and contractors.

You will manage service charges, budgets and procurement, and lead a site team to deliver high standards of safety, reporting and compliance for the building and its community spaces.
