Senior Building Inspector & Clerk of Works

Dublin City Council is recruiting for a Building Inspector/Clerk of Works to oversee construction works in line with Building Regulations and Council specifications. The role supports housing, planning and economic development works across multiple departments.

The successful candidate will produce detailed site information, technical reports and schedules of dilapidations, and contribute to maintenance and refurbishment projects for housing and civic buildings.
