Salary: up to £30,000 based on experience

Overview

With continued global growth across wholesale and marketplace channels, they are now seeking a skilled Senior Brand Partnerships Administrator to support their expanding operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage core product and shipping data.
• Coordinate sample and image processes.
• Prepare commercial documentation and track shipments.
• Support international branches with accurate reporting.
• Oversee weekly marketplace and wholesale sales updates.
• Maintain product information sheets, upload assets, and help optimise stock flow and online performance.

Qualifications

• Strong Excel ability.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience within a wholesale or marketplace role.
• Organised, analytical, detail-driven, comfortable working to changing deadlines while handling multiple information sources.
