Role Purpose:
Build and execute strategic growth plans for GetPRO as part of the wider Protein Must Win Battle, aligned with regional strategy to drive sustainable volume, net sales, and share gains.
Key Activities:- Brand P&L delivery and market performance: Accountable for building & executing GetPRO's annual marketing plan to deliver against business targets (Full P&L accountability). Tracks brand performance against KPIs and drives corrective actions. Sits on Dairy CPT as Commercial and brand lead for GetPRO, ensuring execution of all brand/commercial levers.
- Brand building & strategic leadership: Shapes and aligns ambitious 3-year brand strategy. Builds ambitious AOP across all marketing levers to meet financial and consumer objectives. Manages portfolio strategy and resource allocation (A&P), including efficient & effective WM/NW.
- Lead communications, creative & partnerships: Leads impactful brand campaigns/activations, collaborating with IBC team for creative & media. Manages sponsorships and ambassador strategies, including London Marathon and Carlos Alcaraz activations. Ensures brand visual identity & DBAs are locally adapted. Oversees 'always on' strategies and activations in collaboration with IBC.
- Pipeline & Innovation: Leads GetPRO's 3-year innovation and renovation pipeline. Ensures excellent execution of all new launches. Contributes to team development and feedback culture.
Works with various functional partners including supply, finance, PRGM, commercial/category, CCD, S&I, IPRO, GS, and marketing teams (HN, ONE MKTG, IBC, GLOBAL MKTG, D studio, agencies). Participates in key forums like CPT, LIM, activity meetings, EU forums, and sales peer groups.

Salary Range: £67,000 - £75,000 + Car allowance
