Lead the Plant-Based Movement with Linda McCartney's!
Role: Senior Brand Ambassador
Location: Remote (UK-wide travel required)
Department: Marketing
Contract: 12 months

Linda McCartney's is more than a brand - it's a mission to Change the Way the World Eats, for the good of animals, people, and the planet. We're looking for a passionate and organised Senior Brand Ambassador to take the lead on our nationwide sampling programme and manage a dynamic team bringing our iconic products directly to the public.

This is a rare opportunity to shape a new function from the ground up. You'll be the face and force behind a national sampling activation that puts plant-based flavour and purpose in the spotlight.

What You'll Do:
  • Lead a team of 3 Brand Ambassadors, coordinating weekly public sampling events, trade shows, retailer activations, and product launches across the UK.

  • Plan and book event locations, manage the team schedule, and ensure each event runs smoothly - from logistics to execution.

  • Drive our electric sampling van to event sites, including route planning with charging stops and ensuring the van is event-ready and stocked.

  • Be the main point of contact for team support, troubleshooting and logistical coordination including accommodation and transport when needed.

  • Build relationships with event site teams, ensuring setup is practical, professional, and on-brand.

  • Support the team in delivering product samples, key messaging, and collecting valuable consumer insights.

  • Produce and distribute promotional materials, and track customer engagement and learnings from each event.

You'll Need:
  • Previous experience in brand ambassador or customer-facing event roles (team leadership a strong plus).

  • A-Level education or above.

  • Excellent people, communication, and planning skills.

  • A love of food and a deep belief in plant-based values.

  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the UK (minimum 50% of the time).

  • Flexibility to work some evenings and weekends as needed.

What We Value:
  • You care about people, animals, and the planet - and bring that passion to everything you do.

  • You're a quick problem-solver who thrives on pace and positive energy.

  • You embrace challenges, welcome feedback, and lead with honesty and heart.

  • You're excited to build something new and leave a lasting impression for the Linda McCartney brand.

Role Logistics:
  • You'll attend 1-2 events per week, with travel and preparation on surrounding days.

  • On non-event days, you'll work remotely, coordinating with internal marketing and communications teams.

What can we offer you?

  • Competitive salary / rate of pay
  • 25 days annual leave, plus 8 Bank Holiday
  • Option to purchase additional annual leave
  • A day off work to support our charity partners
  • Flexible working options
  • Pension
  • Medical benefit
  • And access to a HUB that offers many discounts from a range of suppliers and retailers
