Senior Branch Manager

Our clients are a well-established agency known for supporting career growth and offering great incentive schemes. They are currently seeking an experienced Branch Manager to join their team in the Wolverhampton area as a Senior Branch Manager. This role will require an experienced and driven Manager with a proven track record in the industry who is looking for the next step in their career.

Our clients are offering the successful Branch Manager:

• Up to £35,000 Basic
• £65,000 - £80,000 OTE
• Company car or car allowance
• Regular incentives and rewards

Working hours of a Branch Manager:

• Full-time position
• Office based

Branch Manager requirements:

• Industry experience at a Senior Level
• Ability to motivate and develop the Branch and its team
• Highly organized and able to manage workload
• Driven and hungry for success
• Full UK driver's license

Key tasks of a Branch Manager will include, but will not be limited to:

• Managing the Branch Team
• Setting KPI's for the team
• Undertaking team meetings
• Help grow the business.
• Carrying out market appraisalswhere required
• Reporting to the Area Managers
