Senior Bodyshop Manager & Vehicle Damage Assessor

Holt-Recruitment is seeking an experienced Bodyshop Manager / Vehicle Damage Assessor for a busy Grays area bodyshop. The role covers production management, process improvement and liaising with insurers, with a salary up to £60,000 plus bonus.

The ideal candidate has prior experience in a similar role, is proficient with auditing/estimating (Audatex preferred), and can lead a team to deliver high quality repairs and customer service. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills are essential.
