Senior Bodyshop Manager - £45-50k + Car/Allowance + Bonus

The Vella Group is seeking a Bodyshop Manager to lead our Haverfordwest site in Pembrokeshire, overseeing all operational and technical activities from estimate to vehicle return.

You will drive productivity, manage workflow, mentor staff, ensure compliance with BSI 10125, HSE, COSHH and EPA regulations, and maintain high customer satisfaction and productive relationships with Work Providers.
