Senior Bedding Plant Grower - Lead Greenhouse Production

Agricultural Recruitment Specialists Ltd is seeking a hands-on Senior Grower to lead the day-to-day bedding plants production in a Kent nursery. You will oversee cropping from seed to finished plants, manage sowing, potting, irrigation and crop schedules, and work closely with the nursery team to ensure high-quality outputs.

The role is full-time, Monday to Friday with paid overtime on weekends. NVQ Level 2 required; PA1/PA6 certificates preferred; valid UK work rights.
