Senior Base Maintenance Lead - Multi-Site Operations

Ryanair Engineering is expanding its maintenance capacity and seeks a Base Maintenance Manager (Lead) to oversee base maintenance across six sites, incl. Shannon.

This senior role delivers safety, compliance, and performance across a growing network, reporting to the Head of Heavy Maintenance. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in base/heavy maintenance in a Part-145 environment and can lead distributed teams with strong leadership and communication skills.
