Senior B2B Customer Success Lead, Schemes & Ops

Octopus Energy is seeking a Senior Customer Success Executive to join the Scheme Delivery team in London. You'll be the primary contact for day-to-day non-commercial scheme activities for our B2B clients, ensuring fast, high-quality outcomes and a seamless experience.

With 4+ years in B2B client-facing roles, you'll own strategic projects, mentor peers, and use data to drive operational improvements. You'll collaborate across teams to boost customer satisfaction, reduce friction, and help scale
