Senior Aviation & Capital Markets Counsel (In-House)

Vistra is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel in-house to join the Ireland-based Service Delivery team. Reporting to the Head of Aviation, you will provide strategic and day-to-day legal support across corporate, commercial and transactional matters within a regulated environment.

You will collaborate with senior management and global teams, handling governance, data protection, outsourcing, and risk management, while developing templates and improving legal operations.
