Senior Automotive Tooling Design Lead

Stem Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Senior Design Lead for an automotive press tool and jig design team. You will lead the design group, review and approve work, and ensure quality and on time delivery in line with IATF 16949.

The role combines hands on design authority with people management, developing designers, coordinating with customers and suppliers, and guiding concept to release via GD&T, DFm and robust tooling.
